ABOUT OUR LEATHER

Q: What type of leather do you use?
A: We choose leather according to the product
requirement. We mostly use full-grain
leather — the highest quality grade available.
It is taken from the outermost 
layer of the hide where fibres are most dense and 
durable. It does not peel, crack, or fade. 

Q: What is wax pull-up leather?
A: Wax pull-up leather has a wax coating that 
lightens when scratched and polishes back when 
rubbed with your thumb. It develops a beautiful 
patina over time and is considered one of the most 
desirable leather types available.

Q: Are the exotic textures real crocodile or snake?
A: No. Our exotic-textured wallets feature embossed 
genuine leather — the texture is pressed into 
real leather to create the pattern. No reptile 
skins are used.

Q: How long does shipping to the US take?
A: Standard shipping to the US takes 7–14 business 
days with full tracking. Express options are 
available at checkout for 4–7 business days.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes — we ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, 
Europe, and most countries worldwide.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Every order comes with full tracking. 
You will receive a tracking number by email 
once your order is dispatched.

CUSTOMIZATION

Q: Can I get my initials or name on the wallet?
A: Yes — we offer personalized embossing on most 
products. Select the personalization option at 
checkout or contact us with your requirements.

Q: Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
A: Absolutely. We offer bulk orders with custom 
branding for corporate gifts, wedding favors,

CARE

Q: How do I care for my leather wallet?
A: Keep it away from water and direct sunlight 
when possible. Apply a small amount of leather 
conditioner every 6–12 months. For wax pull-up 
leather, simply rub with your thumb to restore 
the shine after any scratches.

Q: Will the leather change color over time?
A: Yes — and that is a good thing. Full-grain 
and wax pull-up leather develop a patina over 
time that makes them richer and more beautiful 
with age. Your wallet will look better in 
2 years than it does today.
